Interesting

I’ve been mulling some writing things over (and dealing with a bunch of personal stuff) so I thought it might be fun to post some of the last week’s horror-scopes I’ve gotten in my inbox………..

Today:

So door number one didn’t work out. What about what’s behind doors number two, three, four, five — you’re getting the picture, right? There are an infinite number of possibilities available if you let yourself see them.

So, are you telling me to do what I think i should do or telling me NOT to do what I think I should do–sh*t I hate making decisions. Anne please tell me I’m not the only one!

Yesterday:

You’ll take a giant step forward when you can teach yourself that paradox is simply a natural, normal part of life. Reconciling two ideas that you had previously thought were opposites opens up your possibilities.

Hmmmmmm Definite food for thought. If I do this then I don’t have to do today’s :D

Saturday:

Remember pulling all-nighters for a big test? The stars say you need that kind of focus now. Put aside all distractions and inform loved ones that you may need to really put the pedal to the metal to get to your goal.

LOL I slept all day! Maybe if my children would quit breaking bones and forgetting their homework I could focus!

Friday:

Get a little more TLC into your life, especially if you’re re-experiencing a painful old issue regarding a personal matter. Be kinder to yourself.

THis definitely went with Saturday’s blog post…..

Thursday:

It’s time to hitch your wagon to a star — several of them, in fact. Some outlandish, visionary influences are in your astrological sector. They’re encouraging you to go crazy, dream big and get a little wild. Why not?

Outlandish, visionary influences….That’s either Vee or Shelli :D

Wednesday:

This decision could send your life in a whole different direction — but it’s actually not that big a deal, so stop fretting over what you should do. If you don’t like it, you can just as easily reverse direction — honest!

Easy for you to say…….

So what’s in your stars? Gaw does anyone (besides PBW and Shiloh) have some good news? Please?

The Wheel of Fortune!

You are The Wheel of Fortune

Good fortune and happiness but sometimes a species of
intoxication with success

The Wheel of Fortune is all about big things, luck, change, fortune. Almost always good fortune. You are lucky in all things that you do and happy with the things that come to you. Be careful that success does not go to your head however. Sometimes luck can change.

What Tarot Card are You?
Take the Test to Find Out.

Also beginning Monday we’re running a “Do You Know Your Chica” contest over at SFC so I won’t be posting on my regular day but it’ll be a blast and we’re giving away prizes :)

Thirteen Embarrassing CD’s I Found In My Closet

One of the joys of being single is having two walk in closets–one for clothes and one for storage, except that the storage one was sadly in need of organization.

Since I spent all day yesterday hauling bags of garbage out of my closet (don’t ask) and emptying three storage tubs and going through all my CD’s, I thought this would make a fun meme….I ended up taking most of the CD’s I was too embarrassed to hang onto any longer and just ripping the songs I wanted. I’ll give the CD’s to charity.

1. Space Jam–the Movie Soundtrack
2. Zoolander–the Movie Soundtrack
3. Boyz II Men (1994 anyone?)
4. Aaron Neville
5, 6 and 7 — Faith Hill CD’s. She lost me at Breathe. I do not like pop in my country.
8. Brooks and Dunn Greatest Hits Volume 1 (hello it’s 10 years old)
9. Kenny Chesney’s Everywhere We Go circa 1999 again (He didn’t have me at Hello).
10. SheDaisy–WTF was I thinking?
11. Mark Wills’s Greatest Hits - As embarrassed as I am, I love this CD
12. Garth Brooks — my age is showing badly!
13. Kathy Mattea (does she even make music anymore?)
13. a. Mindy McCready–I actually liked her *sigh*

I think next week I might do obscure cd’s i own and love. LOL

1. Deborah
2. Toni
3. Immi
4. rhian
5. Elle
6. Mz. Jackson
7. JC Genzie
8. Ingrid
9. Frigga
10. Jennifer
11.
